Cekap Lorry Transport (CLT) implements proven risk management principles within a well-defined risk management framework to ensure a proactive approach to strategic risks management.

To achieve these standards, we have designed our risk management system to be in line with ISO 31000, thereby addressing all aspects of our strategic operations.

Defining the company’s organisational structure by assigning responsibilities and reporting structures to create a system of accountability.

Ensuring that company legislation and standards apply to the organisation, including setting clear objectives and implementing programmes to facilitate risk prevention, as well as a means to systematically review and manage risks.
