Cekap Lorry Transport (CLT) implements proven risk management principles within a well-defined risk management framework to ensure a proactive approach to strategic risks management.
To achieve these standards, we have designed our risk management system to be in line with ISO 31000, thereby addressing all aspects of our strategic operations.
The company’s top executives are directly involved in developing and implementing these policies and are responsible for:
Ensuring that our vision and mission direct the company towards our organisational goals while taking into account the resources required to achieve the intended objectives.
Defining the company’s organisational structure by assigning responsibilities and reporting structures to create a system of accountability.
Ensuring that company legislation and standards apply to the organisation, including setting clear objectives and implementing programmes to facilitate risk prevention, as well as a means to systematically review and manage risks.
Determine how the objectives of the organisation will be assessed and how progress will be measured. They will also be responsible for the adoption of processes to facilitate proper reporting and investigation of incidents and accidents, as well as the internal and external audit processes to review the system.
